. 1 1/2 lbs. ground lean beef 1 sm. onion — chopped 1 c. catsup 1 T. Worcestershire sauce 1 T. prepared mustard 1 T. vinegar 1 can Cebhardt’s barbecue sauce — (8 oz.) chili flavored
Saute ground meat and onion in skillet till grayish in color. Combine remaining ingredients; add to meat mixture. Place in casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 275F for 1 1/2 hours. May be cooked on top of stove in heavy pan or skillet, covered, for 1 hour. Serve on open faced buns.
