Peach Enchiladas

this baked dish is absolutely scrumptious but it uses a couple ingredients you’d never think to use together!
2- 8-oz. tubes of Crescent Rolls
2 sticks of butter
4 firm peaches peeled and quartered
1- cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1- 12-oz.
Mountain Dew <<<<Yes, that’s correct!
Melt butter. Add sugar and cinnamon. Unroll crescent rolls and place peach quarter in each one, roll from large end to small end.
Place in a 9×13 baking pan. Pour butter mixture over top of crescents, then pour Mountain Dew over the top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
note: the top will get brown, this is okay…don’t freak out or anything, it’s supposed too.
when peaches are not in season, use the ones in a jar.
