Another thing to keep in mind…..most of the dental insurances I have
had experience with is that YOU still have to fork over quite a bit of
money for the things being done. It didn’t cover the items fully.
The difference between what I had to pay with insurance versus without
wasn’t that much and I was better off putting that amount I was paying
for dental insurance in the savings account. And as someone else
mentioned, there’s usually a certain length of time you have to be on
the insurance before they will pay for certain things (to keep from
paying for pre-existing conditions)
