      12 ounces water
      2 scoops protein powder (any flavor)
      1/2 cup cottage cheese
      2 packets artificial sweetener — (2 to 3)
      8 ice cubes

      In a blender: Blend on high for about a minute until all ice is well pulverized. These are great for breakfast. When I make chocolate flavored ones, I add a teaspoon of instant decaf coffee for a mocha flavor.

      101 Calories; 2g Fat (18.5% calories from fat); 16g Protein;
      6g Carbohydrate; 0g Dietary Fiber; 9mg Cholesterol; 474mg Sodium.
