      4-5 lbs chicken wings

      Marinade
      * 1 cup soy sauce
      * ¼ cup water
      * 3 tablespoons sugar
      * 3 garlic cloves , minced
      * ¼ cup vegetable oil
      * 1 teaspoon ground ginger
      * ¾ cup chicken stock

      Directions:

      Mix the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Dump the wings into a 9×13 glass dish, pour the marinade over it, be sure the chicken is thoroughly coated. Put in fridge and let it set for at least 2 hrs

      Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Flip once during baking.
