In the summer we keep our AC at 78 when we are home and 80 when we are

not. We have a 22mo old and a long-haired dog, and everyone seems to

be fine at that temp. In the winter we keep the thermostat at 62 when

we are not home or sleeping. We do have a heater in the baby’s room

when she’s sleeping b/c she kicks off the covers. When we are home, we

keep it at 68 and where sweat shirts.
