And yet, even when your income is modest (mine was in the lower 20s take home), if you start paying down debt, something happens….. I don't know how to explain, but I had my debt GONE in a year (except for car) on that low income. There is something about starting in the right direction where it just works…..

year. His suggestions are practical, yet the examples are a bit
misleading to those who make a more “modest” income. It can be
discouraging to someone who is just not able to progress as quickly as
his “success stories”. Has good prinicples though.
