Dark Chocolate Cake 2 tsp butter 1.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped 1 egg 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp oat flour a few pinches of salt nonstick cooking spray Preheat oven to 375°. Heat butter and dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 sec. Stir, then heat in 10 sec increments until completely melted. Crack egg into melted chocolate, whisking to combine. Stir in sugar, vanilla extract, out flour, and a couple pinches of salt. Spray an oven safe ramekin with nonstick spray.
Scrape batter into the ramekin, place in the oven, and bake 12 to 15 min until cooked through. Serve warm.
