Custard Pie

      1 can Eagle Brand milk
      1 can water
      4 eggs, beaten
      dash salt
      unbaked pie shell (optional)

      Mix together & put in unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 15 minutes at 450, reduce heat to 350 for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

      This can be baked in pie pan sprayed with PAM, without the pie crust if desired. Also, you can add 1 cup coconut, if desired.
