I seen this really neat idea for a “soup of the day” gift for teachers. It is 5 packets of soup that the teachers can make at school with just a mug and hot water. It was nicely packed in a brown paper bag, the price was not so nice…about $20.
I love this idea and think it would be more economical to make myself.
That being said, I am looking for simple soup mix recipes that will make one cup of soup with nothing but boiling water added. Does anyone out there have any recipes/ideas? I have checked the recipes here and they all seem like they are for a jar and/or would require more work than just a cup of water.
Thanks to all in advance!

I think what you’re looking for are single serve Mug Mixes:
