Cucumber & Roasted peanut salad

2 large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced ( a mandoline works well for this)
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 green chili pepper, halved, seeds removed and minced
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 Lime Juice
4 tablespoons roasted peanuts, coarsely crushed
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds
1 Tablespoon fresh coriander/cilantro, chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cooking oil

In a bowl, combine cucumber, onion, green chili pepper, sugar and lime juice all together and let it marinate for 15 minutes.
In a small pan, heat some oil and fry cumin and black mustard seeds until cumin seeds change their color and mustard seeds pop.
