This is really good with chiffon & whipped cream type fillings as well as
strawberry filling with a glaze. You can also heat a can of peach, apple or
cherry pie filling & thicken it with tapioca or cornstarch, when cool, pour
into cookie crust.
1 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine-softened
1/4 cup finely chopped pecan
1/4 cup powdered sugar
—-With hands, mix all ingredients to form a soft dough.
Press firmly & evenly into bottom & sides (not on rim) of 9 inch pie pan.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes in preheated 400º oven. Watch carefully so it doesn’t
get browned.
Cool before filling with your favorite fluffy or unbaked filling.Oreo Cookie Crust
