moscrockpot turkey soup
8 c. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes (cut up)
1 c. celery, diced
1/2 c.carrots, diced
1 lg. turnip
1/2 c. onions
1/4 c.fresh parsley
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1 turkey carcass
Place everything in crock pot. Cook 7-9 hours on low
setting.Carefully remove carcass and can add cooked noodles or rice;-)
