      Crockpot Tortilla Soup
      16-oz can tomatoes, mashed
      10 oz enchilada sauce
      1 onion, diced
      1 tsp garlic powder
      2 cup water
      1 can vegetable broth
      1 tsp chili powder
      10 oz frozen corn
      1 Tbs cilantro, diced
      2 cups leftover flour tortillas, cut into strips
      In the crockpot, stir together all the ingredients except the tortilla strips. Cover and cook on high for 1-2 hours. Serve topped with tortilla strips. Serves 8
