Crockpot Teriyaki chicken is very inexpensive and simple to make, serve it over freshly steamed white rice or with a salad for a complete meal.
In a Crockpot, Dump the Following ingredients in the order given:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into chunks
small bag of baby carrots
2 (20 oz) cans of pineapple, undrained
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 Large red onion, cut into chunks
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce of your choice
Cook on low about 6 hours.
If you want to make your own Make-Ahead oamc (once a month cooking) fill the freezer meal- combine the ingredients in a gallon sized ziplock bag or in a Vacuum Seal/ Food Saver Bag.
(the time might vary according to your brand of slow-cooker, some cook at slightly higher temps, so be aware of how long it normally takes for your cooker to work to avoid under or over-cooking your food!!)
