. 8 Pork chops 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp.
sage 1 T. dried onion flakes
Trim excess fat from chops. Over high heat, brown lightly on both sides. Salt and pepper each and place it in the crockpot. Add the sage, then undiluted soup and the onion flakes to the still hot skillet.
Scrape the pan juices and turn them into the crockpot. Cover and cook on Low for 8 – 10 hours. Note: may substitute a package of dry onion soup mix for the onion flakes.
