Crockpot Honey Garlic Chicken is very inexpensive and simple to make, serve with mashed potatoes and a salad or vegetable for a complete meal.

In a Crockpot, Dump the Following ingredients in the order given:

2-3 lbs chicken (boneless cut into chunks, or thighs/legs/wings, etc)

Mix the following and dump over the top:
      5 garlic cloves chopped
      1 tsp. oregano
      3/4 cup soy sauce
      1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 cup spicy honey bbq sauce
      1/3 cup honey
      pinch of salt
      dash of pepper

Cook on low about 6 hours.

If you want to make your own Make-Ahead OAMC (Once a Month Cooking) fill the freezer meal- combine the ingredients into a Gallon sized Ziplock bag or in a Vacuum Seal/ Food Saver Bag.

(the time might vary according to your brand of slow-cooker, some cook at slightly higher temps, so be aware of how long it normally takes for your cooker to work to avoid under or over-cooking your food!!)

      More Hints:

Always spray your crockpot with non-stick spray before starting out to make clean up easier or line it with Crockpot liners.
