Crockpot Chicken Wings
12 to 18 whole chicken wings1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tbs honey
2 tsp vegetable oil
thinly sliced green onion tops or sesame seeds, optional
Wash the chicken wings and pat dry. With kitchen shears, cut off wing tips. Cut each trimmed wing into two pieces at the joint.
Combine wings and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. Sprinkle with sesame seeds or sliced green onion tops, if desired.
Serves 4 as an appetizer.

I hope that you like them! Most folks consider them appetizers or snacks…I make a meal of them…great with mac and cheese and a salad! Let us know how your family likes them;-D
