Crockpot Brunch — Chicken Alfredo
4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
1/4 cup water
1 pkg dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
1 clove garlic, pressed
8-oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
10-oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
4.5-oz can chopped mushrooms
8-oz pkg pasta
1 tbs fresh parsley, chopped
Grease your crockpot and place the chicken breasts into it. In a bowl, combine the dressing mix and water. Pour mixture over the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken with garlic, cover, and cook for 4 hours on low heat. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and chicken soup together. Pour this in after 4 hours. Stir in the canned mushrooms. Cover and cook for another hour. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Serve topped with sauce and sprinkled with parsley.
