Crock Pot Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs is very inexpensive and simple to make, serve it over freshly steamed rice or with a salad for a complete meal.

In a Crockpot, Dump the Following ingredients in the order given:

      6-8 Chicken thighs
1 can of Sliced Mushrooms, drained
      1 onion sliced

Mix these ingredients and pour over the top:
      1/2 C Dijon Mustard
      1/4 C Maple Syrup
      1 T Rice Wine Vinegar

Cook on low about 6 hours.

If you want to make your own Make-Ahead OAMC (Once a Month Cooking) fill the freezer meal- combine the ingredients in a Gallon sized Ziplock bag or in a Vacuum Seal/ Food Saver Bag.

(the time might vary according to your brand of slow-cooker, some cook at slightly higher temps, so be aware of how long it normally takes for your cooker to work to avoid under or over-cooking your food!!)

      More Hints:

Always spray your crockpot with non-stick spray before starting out to make clean up easier or line it with Crockpot liners.
