Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken is very inexpensive and simple to make, serve it over toasted buns with a salad for a complete meal.
In a Crockpot, Dump the Following ingredients in the order given:
3-4 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 12 ounce bottle of hot sauce (We use Franks!)
1/2 package of dry ranch dressing (1 ounce) or use 2-3 Tbs of the Homemade Hidden Valley Ranch Copycat Mix2 tbsp of butter
Stir it all up with a spoon.
Cook on low about 6 hours.
If you want to make your own Make-Ahead oamc (once a month cooking) fill the freezer meal- combine the ingredients in a gallon sized ziplock bag or in a Vacuum Seal/ Food Saver Bag.
(the time might vary according to your brand of slow-cooker, some cook at slightly higher temps, so be aware of how long it normally takes for your cooker to work to avoid under or over-cooking your food!!)
always spray your crockpot with non-stick spray before starting out to make clean up easier or line it with Crockpot liners.
