2 tbsp Mrs Dash original blend dry seasoning 4 large potatoes-washed, dried, and cut into wedges 2 garlic cloves-diced juice of half a lemon 3 tbsp olive oil
1. Preheat oven to 400. 2. Dry potato wedges on paper towel.
Rub with 1/2 tbsp olive oil and 1/2 tbsp Mrs Dash seasonings. 3. Roast on prepared baking pan for 35-40 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, to evenly brown. 4. Mix garlic, lemon juice, and remaining olive oil in a small pan with remaining Mrs Dash seasoning.
