Creamy Spicy Pork and Brown Rice Dinner 2 cups cooked brown rice (freshly made or leftover) 1 lb ground pork 1 onion, chopped 1 clove garlic, chopped 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup 1 tbs parsley 1 tsp chili powder (can use more if you really like a ‘kick’) 1 lb package frozen green peas salt and pepper to taste shredded cheese, optional Brown pork. Add remaining ingredients, stir thoroughly. Simmer, covered, for 15 minutes.
Top with shredded cheese if desired and serve. Makes 4 servings. Enjoy!
