      This isn’t something I truly measure, it’s something that I eye and throw together. It goes great with grilled or baked fish or even pan fried sausage slices.

      For the Cookie Dough
      For the Whipped Cream Layer
      • 1 cup mini chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
      • 16 oz whipped cream
      • 8 chocolate chip cookies (like Chips Ahoy, plus more for topping)
      For the Chocolate Pudding Layer
      • 2 3.4 oz chocolate pudding mix (Instant Chocolate Pudding (2 boxes))
      • 4 cups cold milk

      Instructions

       

      Step 1: Make the Edible Cookie Dough

      • In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to beat butter, brown sugar, and vanilla together until light and fluffy.

        1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
        1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
      • Add the crushed graham crackers, salt, and milk, mixing until combined. The dough should be soft and slightly crumbly.
        3 1/4 cups crushed graham crackers
        1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
        1/3 cup milk
      • Fold in the mini chocolate chips. This adds that classic cookie dough flavor and texture.

      • Crumble and add about one-third of the cookie dough mixture to the bottom of a trifle dish, pressing gently to create an even layer.

      Step 2: Prepare the Whipped Cream Layer

      • In a separate bowl, gently fold mini chocolate chips into the thawed whipped cream.
        1 cup mini chocolate chips
        16 oz whipped cream
      • Spoon one-third of this chocolate chip whipped cream on top of the cookie dough layer in the trifle dish, smoothing it out evenly.
      • Add a layer of chocolate chip cookies on top of the whipped cream, pressing them lightly into place.

      Step 3: Make the Chocolate Pudding

      • In another bowl, combine the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk, whisking until the pudding mix is fully dissolved. Let it set for about 5 minutes to thicken.

      • Spread one-third of the chocolate pudding over the cookie layer, creating an even layer.

      Step 4: Repeat the Layers

      • Repeat the cookie dough, whipped cream, and chocolate pudding layers until you reach the top of the trifle dish.
      • You should have three complete sets of layers, ending with a layer of whipped cream.

      Step 5: Top and Chill

      • Cover the entire trifle with the remaining whipped cream for a smooth, finished look.
      • Refrigerate the trifle for at least 2 hours to allow the cookie layers to soften and flavors to meld together.
      • Just before serving, garnish with extra chocolate chips and crumbled chocolate chip cookies for a delicious finishing touch.

      Creamy Lemon Coleslaw

      1 big mixing spoon dollop of mayo. What is that 1/2 – 3/4 c ?‍♀️
      2 caps of lemon juice. Guess it’s 1 1/2 tsps? ?‍♀️
      1 Tbsp EBB seasoning
      1 tsp celery salt
      1 tsp lemon pepper
      1 pkg shredded cabbage/coleslaw mix
      combine all the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor
