Creamy Egg Rolls 14 ounce can chop suey vegetables, chopped, well drained 1 cup chopped imitation crab meat(or other meat) 1/4 cup salad dressing (mayo) 2 teaspoons soy sauce 8 egg roll wrappers oil
Combine vegetables, meat, salad dressing and soy sauce. mix lightly. For each egg roll, spoon approximately 1/4 cup crabmeat mixture onto center of each wrapper, moisten edges of wrapper with water.
Fold one corner over filling, fold opposite corners over first fold. Roll remaining corner over to seal. Fry in batches, in 1-inch hot oil at 375 degrees for 2-3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides, turning once.
