Creamy Dreamy Beef Stroganoff 1 lb steak, cut into strips 1/2 chopped onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can mushrooms 1/4 cup water 1 tbs chopped chives 1 clove minced garlic 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 cube beef bouillon 1/4 cup white wine 1 tbs flour 16 oz sour cream Place the beef into the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Add the mushrooms, onions, soup, and water, followed by the chives, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and bouillon. In a small bowl, whisk together the wine and flour, then pour over the beef.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in the sour cream after 6 hours have passed, then cook for another hour. Serve over noodles or rice.
