      Cranberry Fruit Dip

      1/2 c. light cream cheese, softened
      1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
      1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
      1 c. cranberries, chopped
      1 tsp. grated orange rind
      Fresh mint leaves to garnish (optional)

      Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Beat at medium speed until
      smooth. Add cranberries and orange rind, stir well. Cover fruit dip and
      chill 8 hrs. Stir well before serving; garnish with mint leaves if
      desired. Serve with fresh fruit such as bananas, grapes and oranges.

      Yield: 1 1/2 cups about 23 calories per Tbsp.
