4 cups raw cranberries (1 lb.)
2/3 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp allspice
2 tblsp butter
Combine first for ingred. and boil 5 min. Put in blender and puree.
Return to sauce pan and add remaining ingred. except butter. Simmer 3 min stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in butter.
Excellent with both turkey and ham.
