      The perfect party or football food! Easy recipe uses canned crab meat, cream cheese, green onion, and minimal seasonings rolled into a ball (or log) and rolled in pecans. Serve with buttery crackers such as Club crackers and/or celery sticks.

      Crab Cheese Ball

      1 (6 oz) can white crab meat
      1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
      2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion tops
      1/8 teaspoon garlic powder, or to taste
      dash Worcestershire sauce
      Scant 1/4 teaspoon salt
      1/8 teaspoon Slap Ya Mama Cajun seasoning
      1/2 cup ground or finely chopped pecans (I used nut chopper)

      Squeeze out all the liquid from the crab meat and set aside.

      Beat together the cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, a dash of Worcestershire sauce and Slap Ya Mama seasoning blend with a stand or hand mixer until smooth.

      Fold in the crab meat and green onions; shape into a ball or log. Dump the pecans over the cheeseball and roll around to coat all sides.

      Chill until serving time.

      Serve on buttery crackers such as Club or Waverly, or on celery sticks.
