Wow! That's too bad that they ignore your letters. Do they have online chat? The local pharmacies are offering to deliver medications for free. I know that CVS and Walgreens do. Maybe your doctor can call in the prescription and you can have them deliver them?

I am disabled, and get my daily medical prescriptions from
AARP. This time, two of them looked dramatically different (e.g.,
different sizes and colors), but AARP just ignores my letters – and I
know from sad experience that they will either hang up on me or just
ignore any phone calls because I am mute so must use TTY/Relay. I am
supposed to take one pill twice daily and the other pill three times
– but took each only once in the early morning, keeled over, and
slept for 24 hours.
Since they just ignore me, how can I confirm that they sent me the wrong pills?
And what is a frugal SAFE source for filling
prescriptions? Preferably online or by mail since I am disabled.
Thank you VERY much for any help you can survive.
