Country Pork and Mushrooms
2 lbs. country-style ribs, boneless
1 can cream of mushroom soup
4 oz sliced mushrooms
1/4 tsp salt
1 envelope mushroom gravy mix
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
Combine all ingredients in crockpot. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 9 hours.
Make a smooth paste with 1 heaping tablespoon of flour and 2 tablespoons of cool water. Stir into broth and cook for an additional 15 minutes. Serve ribs with mashed potatoes and corn.
