Cotton Candy Salad sounds dreadfully unhealthy- but it’s actually good for you!
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cups drained crushed pineapple1 can cherry pie filling
1 can strawberry pie filling
12 ounces cool whip, thawed3/4 cup chopped pecans
Fold all ingredients together and blend well. Chill until ready to serve.

Made it for Easter! It is very tasty, the leftovers look very cute in my fridge in the little 1/4 glad containers for taking to work for lunch.
I think I’ll make it again this summer but lighten it up by making a fresh fruit version. Thanks again for the recipe!

My wife made this the other day but with a couple changes. She’s a bit of a health nut these days and she omitted the cool whip and used real whipped cream, and she omitted the sweetened condensed milk and instead used 1/4 c. Sucanat sugar.
It was very good, not too sweet and it didn’t last long around here!
