      In a mixing bowl combine 16 oz. cottage cheese, 3 to 5 chopped green onions, 1 grated carrot, 1 Tbls. mayo (not Miracle Whip), salt & Accent.

      Mix & chill.

      JoAnn – I’ve made it both ways. Prefer the mayo. Miracle Whip has a little sweeter tasty to it.

      Original recipe read “mayo not miracle whip”. that’s why i posted it that way. either way, it’s really tasty.
