Once you have joined Corporate Angel Network, we obtain your flight schedule via your preferred flight management software or if needed, by fax, phone or email, whichever is most convenient for you. Your schedule information is entered onto the database on a secure server; then all paperwork is immediately shredded for your security. When a patient requests transportation and our database indicates you have a scheduled flight within 100 miles of both departure and destination airports, Corporate Angel Network will call to verify whether the flight is going and seats are available. If seats are available and the patient can take that flight, Corporate Angel Network calls you back to request the flight and obtain executive clearance.
