      2 (11 oz) cans Mexi-corn, drained
      1 (4oz) can chopped green chiles, drained
      1 (4oz) can chopped jalapeno peppers, drained
      5 green onions, chopped
      1 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
      1 cup fat free sour cream

      Mix all together. Refrigerate until time to serve.

      Serves 16 (1/4 cup servings)
