I read once somewhere on the net that you could use vanilla pudding powder instead of egg whites and that it worked just as well.
I always wondered what the mysterious magic orange julius powder really was. . .— On Sat, 6/7/08, Elizabeth Farnsworth <email@example.com> wrote:

Omgosh do they really put egg whites in OJ’s?? I drink the raspberry one whenever I’m at the mall.
But egg whites…..no thanks.
1 cup orange juice
1 cup water
2 egg whites
3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
1 heaping cup ice
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 15-
seconds.Makes 2 drinks.
