      IHOP Banana syrup

      1 very ripe banana, mashed
      1/4 cup granulated sugar
      1/2 cup water
      1 Tbs. dark molasses
      1 1/2 Tbs. light corn syrup

      Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce to a simmer, continue heating and stirring until desired thickness.

      Serve immediately, enjoy!
