Copycat — Cracker Barrel Hash Brown Casserole
1/2 cup chive and onion cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 tsp black pepper
30-oz pkg frozen shredded hash browns
1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar, divided
2 tbs cornflake crumbs
Heat oven to 375°.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, butter and pepper in large bowl until blended.
Add potatoes, onions and 1 cup shredded cheese. Mix lightly.
Spoon into 13×9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining shredded cheese and cornflake crumbs.
Bake 35 to 40 min or until heated through.
