Copycat Chipolte Grilled Peppers
2 cup assorted peppers
2 tbs olive oil
salt and pepper
Begin heating an outdoor grill to medium and prep for direct grilling. Cut the peppers into strips and remove the seeds. Brush the peppers with oil and season. Place the peppers skin side up on the grill. Cook for 5 minutes, flip and grill an additional 5 minutes. 4 servings.
This is great with steak, chicken, sausage, etc.
