Bayou Bites Emeril
Prep:10 minutes Bake: 5 minutes
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
2 Tbsp. oscar mayer real bacon bits
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Mayo Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp.grey poupon dijon mustard
48 TRISCUIT Crackers
2 pkg46 oz. each) oscar mayer deli-style smoked turkey, cut in
half.
mix cheese ,bacon bits, mayo and mustard.
top crackers with folded turkey slices and cheese mixture; place
on cookie
sheet. bake at 400?F for 5 minutes.Makes 4 dozen.
To Halve: Prepare as directed, culling all ingredients in half.
Makes 2
dozen.
kick it up a notch!
add a dash of worcestershire sauce to cheese mixture.
garnish with chopped green onions.
