This post reminded me of how I used to do for my dd when she was an
infant/toddler and we lived in Orando. The night before we were going
out (Disney, Sea World, beach, a friends…) I would prepare her
bottles and then freeze them! When it is triple digits the last thing
you want to drink is “room temperature” so why would a little one want
it? I froze her water, juices, formula, we had no air conditioning
in the truck so she would sweat and sweat in the fierce heat. Once I
was concerned about her being comfortable temperature wise and the
doctor said whatever I was comfortable in she would be too and I never
had any issues with her after following that advice.
