Finding the recipes for convenience foods was wonderful for me since bought
ketchup, puddings and many other items have ingredients that I cannot use
(allergies) unless I buy specially either from health store or internet which a
28oz bottle of ketchup is $4.69!!!! Also most of the ingredients are items that
I would have on hand, they work out for me.~Kat
