      Have you checked with the school to see if an aide is assigned to him? The classroom may be the most appropriate setting for your son that the school has. Its dificult when the school does not communicate with you.

      I’m assuming that if your son is in a self contained classroom, he has an iep. i would contact his case manager and either speak to him/her about your concerns. hopefully when he is in the main stream classrooms ther is an aide assigned to him.

      if his case manager is unreceptive you can request an iep meeting and hopefully get things resolved.
