Cut one piece of bacon (.30) in half and cross the pieces in one space of a large muffin tin. Place on top of the bacon one frozen biscuit (.10) and cook in the oven until the biscuit has risen but not fully cooked. Add one egg (.10) either scrambled or whole on top of the biscuit and continue cooking until the egg is done to your liking. About 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven for egg time for me. I like to drizzle honey across the top when ready to eat.
You can fill the entire muffin tin and freeze what is left. Use the thaw choice of your microwave oven for 15 minutes.
You can also use small squatty tins the size of tuna or chicken. Whatever works for you. ENJOY!!!
