I have several companion planting charts that I have collected and
every one of them says carrots and tomatoes are a good match. I also
did a quick Google search for companion planting chart and got back
loads of sites. I have yet to find one that says that is a poor
match. So I would not worry about that. There is a lot of
information out there if you do a search. Many will also let you
know what NOT to plant with plants.Very helpful information. Hope
      this helps.
