Coleslaw
Have coleslaw leftover from that last cook out or picnic? 1 cup is all you need for the next recipe…still slaw with a twist!
Apple Coleslaw
1 cup cole slaw
1/3 cup raisins
3 tbsp nonfat mayonnaise
3 tbsp plain low fat yogurt, or sour cream
2 apples, cored and coarsely shredded
Combine all ingredients and salt to taste in a bowl. Toss gently to combine. Chill and serve.
