Here is another that I really recommend, even the kids love this one. You don’t taste the cayenne, but this really increases circulation within the lungs and helps get stuff.. Out. So to speak. ~Liss
Ginger Root Tea
Ginger helps fight kill influenza virus and
increases the immune systems ability to fight infection. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger, 1 cup of boiling water. Pinch of cayenne. Add lemon juice and honey to taste. Steep 10 minutes. Drink as little or as much as you desire throughoutthe day.
