1 1/2 cups sugar 2 eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 cup coconut, in can 1/2cup butter, melted 1/4 cup flour 1/2 cup milk
Mix sugar with flour & salt. Beat in eggs. Then add butter, milk & coconut. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 400 then reduce heat to 350 for 35-40 minutes until pie is firm in the middle. You may need to cover pie with foil to keep from getting too brown on top.
