Cleaning dried stuff off toliets

I just started cleaning a house for somebody yesterday and they have

something all over the toliets. i am assuming it is dried urine( it is

a boys’ only bathroom). The trouble was is most of my cleaners did

nothing for this stuff. Has anyone dealt with this before? I explained

yesterday that it would not come off and the mom admitted that she

tried in the past but had no luck. It isreally caked on and looks

horrible. I want to do the best job possible but do not know what to

do. Can anyone give me a suggestion? Thanks Marsha
