First, spray something like vinegar/water mix on it to soak into it,
and let it sit for a while. Spray it every 15-20 minutes in between
cleaning other things up.
After about an hour, sprinkle it with an abrasive powder cleaner-
Comet, Barkeepers Friend, etc. Use a stiff scrub brush on it.
